boost hose

Hello everyone!!!,
hopin that someone may know the answer???
My turbo boost hose has split and i wanted to buy a custom made hose rather than shellin out 80squid from vauxhall Would anybody by any chance know of the dimensions of the hose????

I don't know of anyone who makes a custom replacement.. or were you just going to use straight pipes?..

VX have changed the design to reinforce them BTW..

well ebay have boost pipes with various diameters and degree bends so i'm sure 2 90 degree bends should make one up.

Hello, Mine has been replaced by a steel mesh reinforced model from Gates when it blew up (the left-hand one, the one that comes out of the intercooler), and as you can imagine, it newer blew again !

When mine split i got the vx modyfied one. It was about £110 for the 3 pipes (you cant buy separate) but it was well worth it as ive had no problems with the pipes since. only problem i have had is the clip holding them on, but i got a heavy duty one and problem solved!

Mine didn't split but I replaced them anyway I just made up a kit from universal pipes and hoses.
