Trolley jack points?

Hi all. Intend rotating my tyres this weekend and painting calipers while I'm at it (weather permitting). Read the instructions for using the normal jack, because of my arthritus I usually use a trolley jack wih axle stands.
Any particular place better to put them than others?

If I remember correctly there are some photo's in the how to section showing exactly where to locate the trolley jack. I think it was Duncan who originally posted it

Had a look all through, must be listed in a How To do something involving underneath, will look through them when I have time ( a few to go through lol)
