There is a drain hole underneath the scuttle panel passenger side , lift the bonnet and you will see a rubber seal run along under your window wipers, from the passenger side lift it up and you can see a flap, open the flap and in there it may be full of leaves and stuff, clear it out and you will /should see a drain, poke something through it to clear it ,

Have you checked to see if you need to fit incontinence pants to yourself and/or your passenger?

It will possibly need a new pollen filter too, as the one in atm will be fubared & once dries, it will stink the car out too..

as mentioned above, had same problem, found literally mud in the drain holes, poked it through and hosed out, depends how deep the water is/was for pollen filter change but advisable either way!!

You didn't remove the plastic sheet (water vapour barrier) from the doors did you? as this can lead to water getting in to the footwells, however I suspect more that it's your scuttle drain holes blocked.
