Default 2008 vectra cdti 150 and performance exhausts

I've just recently bought a 2008 vectra Sri cdti 150 and I was thinking of buying a performance exhaust for it, but wasn't sure with it being a diesel if it would sound right.
Has anyone had one fitted before and if so what does it sound like.
    Cheers

The one I've been looking at is by cobra it's a dual exit like yours to, plus they throw in the rear valence to convert the back end so it doesn't have to be cut, it's only a back box though

not quite true - reducing back pressure on the exhaust should help the turbo spin up a bit quicker.

Not enough back pressure can cause the turbo to 'overspeed'. Spanner light and turbo damage are not uncommon.

MPG done alot of research into CAT back and non-CAT systems on the 1.9 cdti. Cant remember the torque increase, but they a getting an average 10bhp increase and much improved engine response from the cars they have done thus far.

Yer spends yer money and yer takes yer choice.

Maybe it's because I also own an RS6 (and an old CBR1000 that cost slightly more than the price of a good remap) that I just don't see the point of it all? LOL
