My last car (Fiesta Zetec-S TDCI) was initially remapped by them, badly, then remapped again by RSTuning. On the ChippedUK map the car was very sluggish up to 3,000 revs when the torque came in very strongly, probably too strong.
Paul at RSTuning viewed the map and rolling road results when he remapped it, and he said it looked as if it'd been worked on by a 3yr old kid. There was loads of areas he'd overlooked, which explained why the torque seemed to 'appear' so high up.

I've had a few remaps on a range of cars, but i believe some tuners can have their off days. Maybe you'll hit lucky and get ChippedUk on a good day.
Either way, make sure you get rr'd printouts of before and after.

Yup they're a running joke on VVOC. I'll be steering clear when it's remap time for mine.
