facelift model names

i have a pre facelift elegance on sale , in the for sale section i was wondering what is the equivalant to the elegance, ie spec on the face lift

i was looking at a sri cdti today but i was gonna loose a lot of things i am used to , like rear electric windows, rain sensitive wipers , auto dip mirror.

any one know of the model names on a facelift starting from least spec to most thanks

Pretty much, design has half leather and a cheaper version of climate control.

But didn't the Elegance only have cloth interior The Design has half leather.....

Elegance I think sat bit further down the range than the Design, as I believe the Design replaced the Club, although the two were available side by side for a bit.

The old models gave you abit more for your money too compared to the later ones.

Here is a previous thread discussing model specs.

Facelifts did lose some kit compared with pre-facelifts! In fact, the penny pinching began in late 2004 when the full canbus pre-facelift models started appearing.

Just to put one item into context, my Life pre-facelift has the rear vents, like the LS before it, but facelift Life and Club models lose the rear vents.

The sunglasses holder and SRi style cupholder that was standard in the LS, is deleted on mine.

I'm sure I read somewhere that the cubbys in either side of the boot are stripped out and not finished off nicely like in the pre-facelifts as well!

Why did they cut out the good stuff when they facelifted the SRi's? years ago they were,iirc, the saught after models. When I had my ZT-T before my veccy it had a hell of a lot more in it.

Because they kept the price the same at the very least and removed the good stuff to make the options list a bit bigger probably.

Apparently facelift Elites dont get the locking button on the passenger door now??
