Well thats torn it
After a week back at work and i end up smashing me ankle up again . Turned it over on some steps this morning
So with two fractures and torn ligaments i am going to be house bound for a few weeks or months ,the last time i did this i was off for ten weeks.
So life sucks right now
Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
and still loving it

i've only just got back to playing squash after my accident at the beginning of March - i can thoroughly recommend a roll over ankle support that will aid in recovery and supports against future rollover incidents
