    Default Undertightened NS Anti-roll bar?

Did my srings last week, well with help of a friend.

Soon after i heard a knocking/rattling noise everytime i would go over even the smallest blemishes in the road, never mind speed bumps.

First i though the bottom of the front bumper is very close to the chassis underneath the radiator, but it always has so why only vibrate now?

Anyhow the friend who helped fitted them had a good look and you can hear the noise when you really push the car down at the front, he put his hand behind the wheel to feel the anti-roll whilst i bounced the car and he said he must not have tightened it properly.

Problem is i won't be able to get the right socket until the weekend (before the NORTH WEST MEET!!! )

So would i be ok to put up with the nuisance noise for a few days or is it essential to tighten now?

i would say not essential, just an annoyance you will have to live with for a few days, however lets hope the nut/bolt does not come completely out and mean you have to pop down the stealer to get a new one.. its possible to drive a car with no arb fitted ( a very noisey drive though and not recommended)..

If it gets any looser you'll run the risk of knackering the thread
