Do i have to buy a whole new unit ccr2006

Hi can any one help me please,
My multidisc got stuck so i took it out of the car. took it appart & found one of the cogs has worn (the one on the right hand side looks off white in colour)
Can i buy this part ?? I'm thinking no way!

Anyone selling a cd radio or know the best place to get one ??

The whole thing can be found on EBay.
Might be worth speaking to your local Vx dealer and asking them who they use for audio repairs or try your local car audio place they might be able to help.
