disc size on signum

i have a signum 19.cdti 2004
does it have 285 mm disc on front or are the bigger
are the backs 278mm

285mm fronts, 278mm rears mate.

Disc and pad kit numbers:

285mm fronts - 93186297
278mm rears - 93186300

Should be about 60 quid each ish...

you have the 285mm discs on the fronts fella and the only difference on the rears is either solid or vented discs as they appear to be the same across the range

The rears are either the 278mm solid discs on the lower engines, and 292mm vented discs on the 2.0 Turbo and all the V6's including the VXR's which are painted blue...

Hi All

I have a 55 plate Facelift (if that makes a difference) 150BHP - any chance you could let us know my sizes aswell? and whether I should go for vented on the fronts if they are not vented already?

All models have vented at the front mate - yours will be the same sizes as listed above (if it's a 1.9 CDTi 150)

They should be mate - standard on all Vectra's...

I think someone's screwed up somewhere...

Seems to be some good deals on ebay for what I think is my replacements. Should I go for rear discs as well as fronts at the same time?

While on the subject - I have heard some rubbing sounds from the front wheels after braking sharply on occasions and was wondering what it was?. What do think? or is it just my Elite's way of crying out for vents??

Bought it from a dealer last summer - been a great car so far.

Personally? If you're going to the trouble of getting the fronts changed and the right ones fitted, I'd spend the extra money now, get fronts and backs and then not have to worry about it for the next wee while. Give your local dealer a ring with the part numbers above for a quote, shouldn't be more than about 50/60 quid for each set plus fitment...
