    rolleyes Rear Lights spray

    Does any any one know were I can get hold of the tint spray to make my rear lights look like the SRI ones I was told there is a spray around

    Can any one help?

    I used a different make (cant remember which) but there all the same, slighlty tinted lacquer...

    This is how my Astra ones looks after a good 5+ coats and a buff...

    Just like you would anything, make sure the lights are clean and grease free. And just spray on. I didn't even prepare the light itself with a light sanding etc...

    I put the can in hot water 1st however, and but the lights in my oven on a very low heat between coats but i wanted to speed things up...

    They looked a bit dull when done even with plenty of polishing, but when i eventually machined polished them they came up like standard parts and stayed that way...

    Much better to take them off mate, there's 3 nuts on each unit holding them in, easily removed, and it would be better to have them side by side to make sure they tint evenly, and less chance of runs if they are lying flat.
