anyone no what this problem is please

started about 5 days ago and since then ive replaced my power steering rack as was leaking.and this light was on before it went only a few days,but thought it would go when rack was changed but its not its still there,is there a way to reset it?

hiya mate i dont think this light means anything bad but just needs a service and needs to be reset when completed using the scanner/computers, you could just go to local garage and ask them to plug itin to computer and if it is a problem light it will tell you the fault before you splash your cash

steering angle sensor on the rack need calibration and low fluid can bring the light on

will possibly need the steering angle sensor reprogramming to the new rack but this would usually illuminate the EHPS light as opposed to the one you have definatly needs the codes read if you can get down the lancs i'll do it any night in the week

The fault he is describing is the lcd leak in the yellow display.
