CD70 Question (I promise its a different and more interesting one !!)

Ok, so i was sat in the car the other day, staring and fiddling with the CD70.

I have the built in standard Aux in port, so my question is - Will plugging in a portable DVD player with a 3.5mm jack to jack plug actually display the movie on the screen ???

I know it recognises when something is plugged in, as for example - By plugging in an MP3 player, it displays the list automatically.

nope it wont it will only play the sound a 3.5mm jack is only a stereo audio jack to watch movies on the screen search for penfolds rearview camera mod thread and the info is there

Aha, though it would be too good to be true. Thanks for your reply, didnt realise jack plugs were just audio.

However - the jack plug would be the best way of having the audio for the film playing when you plugged the DVD player into the video input. Otherwise you'd have to use an FM transmitter thingy...
