Default New lights and a clean

I thought the car was due a quick wash , bought a new microfibre chamois so thought I'd try it....Good results I reckon , also gives me a chance o show off my new lights on the rear end , replace all 3 from the horrible standard ones.

Can i ask, what method did you use to remove the 3rd brake light & how easy was it? I've done the rear lights, but haven't got the 3rd brake light yet to replace the red one, where did you get yours from & can i also ask how much was it?
