I think its tramming?

Hi chaps
my gsi gets a bit squirmy over rough surfaces and if its not an even surface under braking it does the same.it can be under power or not,however on a reasonable road ite fine,tracks and no pulling also cats eyes it can also do it a little.The tyres are kumhos and the cars done 80k.Would new upgraded shockers sort it or are they all a bit like that?

Check your tyre pressure.

Could be your shocks had the same on my golf, well the rear ones. Put updated ones all round, problem sorted, best of luck mate, adam

standard wheels are tyres and pressures standard too!

i had the same problem. At M.O.T was advised shockers needed changing all round, got them all changed, felt like a different car. Problem solved. Was not cheap about £300 in total.

can you feel any play in the steering, it may be woth having the inner track rods looked at also... £25 each ish
