    Default Inlet manifold repair update.....

Ok, so after a lot of messing around i think i fianlly have the rod back on the inlet manifold, it seems the rod goes on a specific way as to the shape or the bends on it. So now i have it on, im going to leave it for a while to make sure it sets on there, what am i looking for to see that it has actually gone on and is working correctly?? also how can i clean all the sludge thats gathered round the back there? what shud i use to do this??

get someone to rev your car while watching the rod... you should see it moving.

Other than that it's just a case of seeing how long it lasts.
