jvc kw-avx830 no bc with steerremote?

hello.i just bought a nive looking jvc 830 multimedia radio for mine vectra 1.9 cdti 2004 juli.
i have half canbus/2 blue iso fitting with a third connector from mine 2013 radio.
The radio shop added quick a steering remote to see if i could use the bc function on mine steeringbuttons.
6 buttons for the record.
But it did not work.
Is the radio shop overlooking something?
Perhaps another remote?
This question is important to mee because with the BC i could adjust the time AND the AIRCO on or off or use the blower directions.
Is anyone familiar with this type of radio?

Nope just wont work... as the NCDC radio is the brigde to the BC in the CID..

i was looking in to that.. there is not made one..

But you should still be abel to sort the blowers by pressing the big knob of the ECC.
