Default Pipe going into oil separator

Hi, during a smoke test, the pipe going into the oil separator leaked smoke however I can't see how it's supposed to stay secured inside, it's needs to be removed for the manifold job so I wonder if anyone else has had this problem? Cheers, Gaz.

YES it does move up and down slightly, theres an o-ring on the pipe, you dont have to take it out 2 do manifold! undo further along and take seperator off with the pipe connected still!. pic showing 2 places to undo.

It should go back in try turning it whilst putting it back in, also a little lubrication wouldnt harm.
