    Default Irmscher Badge

I know this is in the styling section, but it seems to get noticed more in here. For those of you that have put the irmscher badge on the chrome strip, how did you line the letters up so they stayed straight? Also, because I have just polished the strip, will I have to degrease it before I try and put the badge on?

    Cheers, George

ive just had a look and all the letters are individual, with the sticky backs on them already. do they just stick on or do i need to warm them up using a hair dryer first?

Put a piece of tape on (straight/level) at the bottom of where you are going to stick them to get a straight edge to work from and take your time fitting the letters equally spaced.

Put some tape on the front of the Irmscher badge, peel off the sticky bit and stick it on. That way the tape will hold the letters correctly spaced and in a straight line. and then once stuck peel off the sticky tape from the front.

I only know because we have a Nuringburg sticker and it was similar but came with the sticky paper and we were like WTF but with a little help from Mr Ried he pointed out what it was for!!

I was looking at a couple other threads about debadging and I'm not too sure whether to take the griffin off or not. How easy is it to put it back on or would I need to buy a new one?
Would someone be able to photoshop me with the griffin taken off too? Cheers
