If you open the engine there is the ABS unit that sits behind the battery compartment, and im sure it tells you on that. Tbh I though TC was standard on all CDTI's up until 2007, but im no sure.

So did I but found out apparently vx went on another cost cutting spree and removed it from the last of the CDTI's.

Only the V6 models on facelift cars had TC as standard. You could have TC with the ESP as an optional extra on the facelifts as I did. It would be very unlikely for you to have TC and if you have never seen that light come I'd say you don't have TC.

You can have mine if you like it does s0d all anyway - from what I can gather ABS on the Vectra tends to be either too intrusive or totally useless as mine is. It reacts a bit if just one wheel loses grip but both wheels can spin away merrily with little of no effect. I've had it checked by Vx who say it's working correctly

The Traction Control in the Vectra C is calibrated to a higher threshold than it was on the Vectra B
I found it very useful on the Vectra B, as you could plant your foot, the Traction Control would control the revs and prevent ANY wheel spin (well I did measure it once and it was less than one tenth of a revolution)
In the Vectra C you can easily spin the front wheels, but eventually the Traction Control does intervene, but I am sure by that time the wheel has spun through at least one third of a revolution

According to my brochure for a 2005 Vectra, Traction Control is standard except on the 1.8
ESP is optional, fitted as standard on V6 models
If ESP is fitted on a 1.8 then it also has ESP
