    Default Drop Links

Changed the drop links on the Wife's Citroen Xsara Picasso today.
Still getting the dreaded knocking noise but i know what the problem is......
It would seem that the hole on the suspension strut is very slightly elongated, and i mean slightly.100% this is the problem...
Anybody got any ideas on how to cheat a little and stop the knock ?
I was going to wrap ptfe tape around the thead to make a cushion for the bolt to go through...A bodge i know but perfectly safe and very easy..
Option B.....Spot weld the damn thing.....

    Thoughts anybody ?

I know buy her a Vauxhall..............
