Default Election. Cast your Vote Now.

We all know it's going to be May the 6th, but thought we would have our own mini election just to see which way the swingometer is going.

    Cast your vote.

I'd complain about any party - none of them have a clue what's going on. Labour obviously have screwed up the country, the Tories haven't been in power for 15 years and would need to prove that they know what they're doing (by getting in to power and then if they did well I might consider voting for them next time) and none of the other parties have any experience of being a Government...

UKIP, the Green Party and all the others are fine except they're based on one single idea. You ask the Greens what they'd do about the economy and see what they say...

Yes they are! they changed their name to New Labour.
TBH matey I did'nt vote in the last election, but I most definately will be this time round.
All it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing!

Yes they all have their faults, but no previous goverment has done so much irrepairable damage to this country that this current goverment has done. History has shown us that NO labour goverment has ever left the country in a better shape than when they came to power..fact! Unless one is heavily reliant on benefits or a immigrant I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind even considering voting Labour.

Their stupid policies have brought the country to it's knees, crime is at a all time high, yet courts treat parking and speeding offences harsher than thugs and robbers. When New Labout came to power the deficit was just 6 billion, it's now 1.4 trillion, this government has shown nothing but total contempt to the UK people for 12 years. It's time for change!

No option to edit Poll afterwards to add 'I dont vote' to it.... sorry....I cannot see one to ammend Poll.

Yes they all have their faults, but I do beleive that no previous goverment has done so much irrepairable damage to this country that this current goverment has done. I'm sure a mod can do it if they happen to find this...

I think my main issue with it all is the fact that once a party is in power (in this case more than likely the Tories) they're unnaccountable for 4 years before the election comes round. We have no idea how well they might run the country, although it's hard to see it being worse than Labour. If they DID turn out to be worse, however, we would be stuck with them for 4 years...

I don't pay any attention to what they say they'll do in election promises etc as they've no reason to follow through once in power...

Surely there is no more sensible choice than another 5 years of our favourite Scot's oaf, Mr. Brown.
    Bully - never!
    War-monger - you're joking!
Poor PM - don't be silly - after all being first into recession, last out of it and worst affected by it is surely just a sad coincidence!
Every Labour government is my lifetime has come into power with a surplus and left it with a gigantic national debt, but of course we should always give Mr. Brown another chance, like a whisky he's bound to improve with age.
