Question front and back bumper strips

    hi guys

ive got the next two weeks off work and my plan is to get my LS completly colour coded minus the door handles lol

ive had a look through the how 2's and ive found the one tellin me how to remove the side skirts but not the black strips on the bottom of the front and back bumper any advice would be great, or a link to a how 2 ive missed would be even better

    many thanks

My sri one was a t%$& to get off. Ended up having to take entire bumper off to remove it in order to prep prime and paint.

Didn't bother putting it back on so now i have a rear end with no insert

the ls bumpers aint so bad all it was, was two 8mm bolts on the front then unclipping and pulling all the way around. i was tempted by an sri bumper tbh but i just havent got the money at the moment to buy one.

gonna pull the back on off tomorrow n get some high build primer try n make it smoother than the front. ill get a pic off the front tomoz when its lighter. its not an amazing finish but not bad for my first bit of spraying i dont think

i was thinkin of doin carbon firbe on them tbh mate, i have the plan of green n carbon. because im not sure how it would look or weather id even like it but i want to do i carbon fibre vinyl down the center of the bonnet (from the windscreen down the middle and shaped round the grill n not go down the bumper) across the roof (straight from front to back) and on the top of the boot (down the middle to for a round end on the top of the boot) if that makes any sense. plus mirrors the door pillars not sure how that would look on my green beast lol
