    Default LPG...

I might be thought an absolute nutter for even considering this... but:
    http://www.tinleytech.co.uk/diesel-caution.html

These guys do an LPG kit designed for diesel engines for £581 inc vat.

If their figures are not just total lies I could be looking at ~ 185 Bhp from this kit as well as slightly reduced fuel bills (when I'm not hammering it!)

I know I can get 200 Bhp from a remap but I was thinking... what if I get an lpg kit, add 35 Bhp and then get a remap too? will I see an improvement getting towards 220/230 Bhp?

I want to see just how much power you can squeeze out of one of these engines! I expect I'll end up blowing it up but I've been really impressed with this engine and want to see what it can do!

lpg looses power on a petrol car, the idea with lpg on a diesel is that the gas causes the diesel fuel to burn more completely. say your diesel burns 90% of its fuel and turns the rest to smoke/soot. the lpg will raise that to say 97%, using the fuel more completely. add that to the explosive force of the lpg going bang u should get more power.

Lois Griffin: Peter! You're bribing your daughter with a car?
Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?
