Default K&N Panel Air Filter fitted

    Came last week and fitted.

Really easy fit, open up the air box, take old one out, put new one in. I can get a pic of the new one fitted if you want.

    Cheers

It's a worthwhile modification on a petrol, but don't bother on a diesel as it won't offer any pperformance increase.

Spida, it would be worth while taking off your front bumper and removing the restrictor for the air intake, it will help the breathing.

Cheers Maverick, not expecting it to turn it into a vxr or anything spectacular, just thought it might perk it up a little, that's why I'd like to know how spida got on

They are not the same, Courtenay use foam filters, K&N use cotton which is better.

Had heard a few bad reports about the Courtenay filters, would personally prefer a k&n, so methinks I shall go for that!
