Radio gone into safe mode???

I've took the radio out of my 04 vec Sri to fit a parrot kit, when I have put it back in too test it it is just flashing up safe on the GID and not turning on, tge parrot kit is working just the radio won't turn on

Any ideas???

enter the radio code?

You will need to enter the radio code mate, the number is printed on a small white card called the car pass

Doesn't give ne tge option to input the code

manual states.. ignition on, radio off hold down AS button, turn on radio.

Put in code (first digit uses 1, second 2 ect.)

hold AS til it beeps then you are fine..

try looking at this, its for the facelift model year 2007, but most things are much the same.

Don't think you're doing it right mate. Have you actually managed to put the code in? If you have done it right and it still don't work you have got the wrong radio code
