dash warning light

on my dads vec c
a yellow bulb with exclamation mark in it. is this a bulb out warning? had a quick walk round the car and they all seem to be working but will have a proper look over the weekend, what bulbs do these cover?

Yes this is the bulb out warning light,allthough if a bulb has gone on the rear brake cluster,it will substitute a side light bulb as a brake light ,so look closly to find out which one has actually gone.

ahhh, that would make sense, he said he thought the one side was lit up differently to the other.

The bulb warning covers all the exterior bulbs front and back excluding the rear number plate illumination i believe

yeah main culprit would be the brake light cluster, its a safety feature inbuilt into the vectra
