    Default arb bushes

Can you physically feel any movement if the arb bushes are worn? mine look ok but and cant feel any play but conviced that is the cause of my knocking noise.

    Any advise would be appreciated.

Does the back end ever feel as if its sliding about when you go over a pot hole etc?

No its just the front that i am getting the noise, drop links feel ok etc. i had 2 broken front springs so i replaced them today and checked everything over and it looked ok. I was getting the noise before the springs had snapped.

Love the wheels B.T.W. good job :-)

Ah didn't realise it was the front, more than likely strut top mounts. Is it like a bed spring sort of noise?

if its when you turn the steering wheel it could be the either the springs which can be fix with the spring sleeve or it could be you top strut bearings

Yeah mate, when i turn the wheel it looks as if the shock absorber is slipping when the spring is compressing. I get no noise when i am driving.
