Exclamation locking wheel nuts help needed asap

hi all i am 3/4 of the way through changing my springs on my veccy estate done both front nd passenger rear but when i came to drivers rear the locking wheel nut is on so tight its untrue i mean untrue

i have sprayed with wd40 and hit with hammer to loosen it up and snaped my locking nut key

i found one on ebay with the same code its the 4 leaf clover shape and got that today it was like new so gently tried to ease it off then put more pressure on it and nothing happens so i went out and got my 3ft breaker bar with my mate pushing it on to the wheel and my using the force to undo the new key i got has sheared off to i am stuck now i had to jump on the other nuts from a height to crack them off but this lockign wheel is stuck

i now have a car with 3 eibach lowering springs and 1 standard vauxhall one

i will i get it off i now have no locking key at all now im sick to death help needed asap will vauxhall be able to take them all off and just use my normal nuts on instead and how much would they charge to do that???

hope all you experienced guys can help

Get a good sharp chisel or big hefty flat screw driver and with a hammer batter the hell out of it. Doing that for a wee while will shock the threads and it will eventually start to turn, it took me three hours to get 3 of the locking nuts off when my locking nut key snapped. Good luck cos its a bas*ard.

did your mobile tyre fitting company have all the vauxhall keys as both of mine are dead and with regards to chiseling them off lol i dont know as i dont want to chew them up so much if the chisel does not work that they are def stuck on.

    any more ideas???

and how come vauxhall will charge 90quid i though they would have the keys in stock and just use a windy gun to shock them off???

any more ideas is greatly apprecited thanks

i had this problem a while ago on a zafira, smack the locking nut so that the part that spins around the locking nut breaks off, then hit a 17mm or 18mm socked over the remaining part of the nut so that it is very tight on, unscrew, job done.

Phone a few local garages and explain your predicament, they might have a locking nut to fit. I had similar problem on a astra took it to local garage and they used a windy gun to free the nut, I gave the lad a fiver to get a drink.

well they use a special tool/socket that is a one time use jobby that they use with a big hefty impact driver...

    www.hometyre.co.uk

i do not use them for tyres, just for this nut removal as they advertised it as a service and will not smack up your alloys as some do when they are banging away at the with a hammer and chisel..
