I got mine done at Midpoint at the start of the month. Yes they do quote 8hrs, but only charge £45/hr for Vec-c members. So about the same cost in labour as most Vx stealers, but I trust Ian and MPG much more...he's also giving me a decent discount on an EDS remap later today, for giving him the manifold job.

Car was transformed by the new manifold btw.

Gasket from vx £14, TOTAL £104. I would allow a day as i cleaned the egr and throttle body and made sure everything went back Correctly (SOME TLC), and some tea + toilet time. WELL IMPRESED WITH THE RESULTS!!!, And fitted the fiat semi- blanking gasket! = POCKET ROCKET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

New standard manifold. The CDTi 150 inlet manifolds are prone to the swirl valves going south on pre '57 models. Changing them for the revised version transforms a car suffering from dodgy swirl valves.
