    Default Springs, Shocks and Tyres!

    Had some eibachs for a while now, about 6 months hiding under our bed!! Today Matt has order the shocks so he can have more fun driving round the ring So they're being fitted whilst in for it 80k service

    Now we need some new tyres, what's recommended and what sites are good? Got about 4 weeks til we go so want to start looking for a good deal. got 225/40/18's on it I think.

    Try camskill or black circle for tyres,i'll be buying some Vredesteins next,heard alot of good reports about them,how much are budgeting for them????

    as glen says.. get some vredesteins from camskill, best tyre i have used (i have tried quite a few in my time ).. tbh i don't i don't think i will go with any other tyre these days... their UltraC and Sessanta are great tyres..

    Try Pro Tyres but ckeck the price on the Camskill web site first.

    I'd also agree with the Vredesteins, but sadly I couldn't afford them when I needed tyres

    No budget really looking £100+ ish at the moment. Kuhmo's have been mentioned too us, but thought I'd see what you guy recommend too before looking at the weekend.

    And Tony we need to arrange to meet up sometime

    I'll remember to complain about the service then!! He only phoned up to book it in for it's service and get them to fit the springs whilst it's in and then ordered the shocks, bleeding men!!

    I've just fitted Kuhmo's to the rear of mine and I'm rather happy with them for the money tbh

    I was also told to check out mytyres.co.uk, apparently they do similar to black circles but cheaper

    i had falken 452's an my gsi and they were the best tyre id had and for around £70 a corner on the same size wheel as yours i thought they were great value for money!!
