    confused gearstick moving

I have a vectra 56 plate 2.2sri direct. The gearstick moves in 1st and 5th when lifting clutch or accelarating. Does not jump out of gear just annoying especially in traffic. Car running and driving fine though any ideas

Hmm, could it be a defective engine-mount that makes the engine move too much around?

are all gears working fine? now whining/howling noises?
with 6 speed M20 (in Astra 1,3diesel 66kw) and on M32 (1,9 diesel 2,2petrol) when the outer 3 gearbox bearings are beginning to fail/worn out then the gearlever is starting to move when lifting clutch or even when playing with accelerator pedal during driving.
GM does not offer any replacement bearings but our good friend FIAT does
