Angry will it go boom? (seat belt help with pics)

hey people, i had my 2.0t home 3days and already its broken the rear middle seat belt has got stuck and wont release out.
before you comment though i have searched the forums and found many a thread on this subject and my rear backrest is definatly locked in and the plastic handle is locked shut aswell.

i have read that if i undo the bottom bolt i can thread in the seatbelt and hopefully it will release once its wound in??

    HOWEVER.

after moving the bench seat i found a very complicated, belt and pre-tensioner arrangement and darent touch it incase it goes off, has it gone off already henace its tight??

It will be fine ive done a few just remove nut and belt then put nut back on to secure belt pre-tensioner
But to be on safe side you could disconnect your battery and wait 10 mins

the inertial reel has locked (it operated by a ball bearing) if you can move the seat back or get about a 1cm of movement on the belt you will probably find it will release

i tried that by folding the seat forward and using the slack to put it in slowly, it just munched it all up and then got very tight when putting the seat back up! might need a new reel yet just reluctant to take to stealers!

oh and while were on the subject of my 2.0t it got traction control but no button to turn it off, can i just bang a switch in below the alarm button and it work ok??
