she had 2 fights today, she won her first fight in the first round, then managed to get her a second one, to which was a great fight totaly none stop, but she run out of steam in the 3rd round, but she did her very best,

Fantastic mate, well done to her . My daughter has just read this and she says excellent, another little martial artist on the way up (Tanya is 2nd Dan Shotokan Karate and KUGB England Kata & Kumite squad).

Its good to see, hope she keeps it up and goes onto make a name for herself because all the best start at this level.

it was a great day gary, was held in bury st edmonds sports centre, there was 3 rings and about 80+ fights, she sure did love it today, and is looking forward to doing it again in may , thats great about your daughter too, so you know how im feling at this point lol,

I certainly do mate. She has been National Champion on 3 occasions and at the age of 16, she and two colleagues both male and 17, became the adult team kata champions, beating English International competitors of 3rd and 4th dan. so yea mate i know EXACTLY how you feel and I love to see the kids getting into it (any martial art).

Anyway mate, the threads about your daughters achievements not mine, so tell her from us that she CAN go places with this, it just takes hard work and dedication, but the rewards are fantastic for them. she'll get there, she's going the right way about it
