Question Spraying the Pre-facelift lower splitter/spoiler

    How do i fit it?

Just push the spoiler into the gaps made into the sri bumper?

    Or is glue required.

Windscreen sealer is your friend ,strong enough to hold it in place, easy enough to get off at a later date if you need to

You could also take off the bumper (about 10min job) then put some screws in to hold it secure as well as the glue.

    Mines screwed, not glued...

Can just unscrew and easily re-paint then if catch it - AGAIN!!

After yesterdays mis-ha. I have got the 2AU i require from Halfords, watched them as they mixed it to ensure no foul play
Its all rubbed down, primed 3 times and just in between 3rd and 4th(last) coat of spray.

Laqure will take place before, half time and full time of Liverpool match.

Should i then leave it til' tomorrow before fitting?

give the lacquer plenty of time to set especially if theres any moisture it will not help - the longer it has to dry in the warm and dry the stronger the finish will be
