    Default Newbie after some guidance

I'm currently on the lookout for a Vectra C or Signum, and have a few options on my list at present. This one is particularly appealing right now, and I was wondering what the general consensus of opinion might be on this one?

    Signum for sale on Ebay

It's not too far from me, so would be convenient for viewing and pickup if it is the right car for me. Extra bonus is my mrs likes it!!

    All guidance gratefully accepted.

    Thanks.

looks like a tidy car, mileage is good for its age and it appears well cared for , ask the owner for pics of the other wheels and also of scratch/marks that he mention,s If its genuine should turn out to be a good motor

Isn't it a chain on the 2.2? Is it similar mileages for service intervals on the chain ie 60000 miles/5 years? I'll probably pop across when I get a couple of hours to have a good look at it and a test drive. Anything else I should watch out for? I'm guessing it's usual Vauxhall points isn't it?

very cheap -most of the irmy kit would cost that if you added it new to the car inc painting - a well specced model - drive it and you'll love it

Yeah it's a chain on the 2.2 mate, make sure it doesn't rattle.

    That's my wife's favourite bit!!

Seriously though, think I'm gonna pop across one day next week and see it. I have a feeling I'll be back in the Vauxhall fold fairly soon...
