    Default White Sludge - 2.2 Direct

    In the oil ??

    Is this condensation ?

    Also like a tapping noise from the engine ??

    could be, take off the oil filler cap and run engine to dispell any condensation

    Sounds engine sounds tiney, so thought i would check the oil and seen that in there, do i need to remove the filler cap ??

    yes mate, and leave it running, that way any moisture will be expeled through hole

    my wife has a 1.2 corsa, suffers from same, because she only travels about 1/4 mile to work

    doesnt get enough time to get hot

    sounds like youv blown the head gasket, when its cool check your coolant and if its lower than usual id bet my left nut on it.

    Coolants fine mate, nothing in there and sitting same as usual, Thats what makes me think its condensation,

    = a great way to dispurse oil all over the engine bay. The easiest way to get rid of the condensation is to take it for a good run to get the oil nice and hot, and preferably give it an Italian tune at the same time.
