Default 2.2 Vectra Elegance Buying advice

I've seen a nice looking 02 2.2 black manual near me. It's done 86k an has a service history up to 74k 2008. Only faults i could find was that oil service icon comes on when you turn the engine off and a lil bit of mayonaise on the dip stick but nothing under the oil cap. Body and interior is in very good condition and it looks well looked after. It was fitted with a performance cat back exhaust but the presant owner has removed it and put a proper one on. It's also fitted with a k&n induction air filter.
Took it for a drive and it seemed smooth and powerful with no hesitation, with no knocks and thumps though the suspension, tyres are all ok although all are different makes.

What do you guys think? The presant owners have only had it for 21/2 months and are only selling coz it's too big for the wife which i think is true. They admit that they have only had the bonnet opened once and that was for the exhaust. Only worry i have is the bit of mayo on the dip stick (could be due to short trips?). Think it's worth £2k??

Dipstick and oil is not a good sign mate, did you notice the condition of coolant in the bottle, as that may also have benn a bit murky if there is an issue there.

Mayo on the cap is normally too many short trips, mayo on the dip stick is not normally a good sign.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

It's only a small amount right at the top of the dip stick, seen worse on a filler cap. Engine runs really smoothly and is very quiet on tick over. The average mpg was at 27 mpg and when i took it out for a drive i reset it and on return it was showing 34 mpg and i had my foot to the floor a few times. Seems to me it's been doing short trips and she said she mostly used it to pick the kids up from school and that's only a 5 min walk away! lol.

I'm going to have another look at it today and i'm gonna check the coolant, got a feeling tho that it might be that if the dip stick wasn't pushed right in it may cause it??
