VXR Front end conversion

Just to add to this,do people have problems with there fronts grounding? as i have caught the black plastic bit on my standard sri bumper,was wondering if the xp and vxr fronts are lower?Also might be interested in your lower if u are selling lol.

Oooh I've got an 'eadache! Back and forth, read this, check that!

Basicailly, mines an MY07 (56reg), SRi XP2 so lower lip and all that jazz, all I want to do is bung in where the front foglights are, the VXR meshes/grilles call them what you like! I dont want to buy entire new front bumpoer top and bottom, parking sensors etc etc, so is there a possibility that the mesh grilles can go in once I've prized the existing one's out? Chrome surrounds, and plastic strip above mesh too no doubt?

If thats a picture of your actual bumper ( the grey 1 ) then its not a XP2 bumper so the VXR grilles wont fit without replacing the complete bumper

Definately not an xp2 but the dealer prob told him it was. They told a friend of mine the same when he bought his.i think the signum fogs with a chrome ring should fit as its an sri bumper with a lip spoiler but someone on here might know for sure.

Aaaah! Thats an headache and a half now! Odd as it says on the V5....deep breath time.....1.9 CDTi SRi XPII NAV and also comes back on NVD as the same. Guy in next town over also has identical kit on 58 car with same name on V5! Odd! Trades descriptions act methinks!!!

Still, if its entire front end job (or pretty much), then I'm not going to as I cant be bothered with, or justify that kind of expense just because the current two bits of black plastic look a bit crap!

Unless I can araldite the VXR ones in!!

Just a quick question if i were to buy a complete VXR front bumper will it fit straight onto my 55 plate Vectra SRI facelift of course
