Default I've got a sports button!

Actually, it's more a naff looking switch from Halfords but it does the job.

Just spent all morning making my own analouge tuning... err... device I supose is the best way to describe the collection of wires and resistors that cover my passengers seat. Added a switch to it that allows the car to run as standard (Alright it's remaped but it would be standard on an un-maped car) or with 3% additional fueling, which, give a very nice pull.

I can flick it on or off while driving just like a sports button, all I need to do now is make it one a circuit board and make a nice button for it. I was going to make it with a potentiometer set up so that you could have anything from standard to 3% (or what ever max produced best results) but I didn't have enough bits on the shelf so a switch will do for now.

Knew I'd get the usual funnies...

Still I just took her out again and uped the fueling a little more, still purring.

Yes S73VE that's is exactly what I was going to do, actually had one of those (power boost I think they call them) but I've thrown it away while cleaning out by the looks of it.

It would work just like a CR1 but you could turn it up and down while driving. The button works well though and will allow me to keep my much disputed fuel economy up while having access to the raw power I'm sure we all love.

As this would work on any common rail diesel it would be ideal in conjunction with a NOS kit, allowing you to dump in more fuel at the same time. You're all shaking you heads now aren't you.

I'm not going to NOS mine... not right now anyway I was just suggesting a use.

Are you saying you are going to overfuel your car using a diode?

Can't get any images on the web until next week end because I haven't gone home this week but I will stick up a basic diagram.
