sorry i haven't been on for a while but i have been busy with my duties as area rep/mod on vauxhall sri
we are attending the st asaph carshow at the tweedmill st asaph on the above date
would any vec c members be interested in coming along we have a stand at the show with room for more if you would like to join us

With reference to the Car Show at the Tweedmill in St. Asaph on Sunday 18th April 2010 please can you make sure that you arrive before 9:30 on the morning as there are approx 350 vehicles to organise. The Show is open to the public at 10:00am and finishes at 4:00pm. Marshals will be on site from approximately 8:00am.

On arrival you will be given an entry ticket by a marshal, which needs to be completed and displayed on your windscreen with the pads provided. This is for the judging – results announced at the Hospital Radio Ambulance at 3:30pm. You will also be directed where to park.

The earlier you arrive the better spot you will be given if you are an individual exhibitor.

We will be setting up the field on Saturday 17th between 11am – 4pm.

Club Stands can camp overnight if they wish to do so but must clear camping equipment on the Sunday morning. Please contact me ASAP about this so I can arrange with the Tweedmill.

Trade stands can set up on the Saturday but must not leave valuables/stock on display overnight.
