    Default Service stuff for Z18XE

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for service kits, or service items including fuel filters, oil filters, spark plugs, oil, air filters, where to get them etc?

My aim is to keep costs down, but not by cheap rubbish.

I am thinking of either a K&N or Pipercross panel filter, and would be interested in hearing others experiences, or other recommendations.

    Thanks in advance.

Strange that you want to save money on things that keep you going, but spend on something to give you very little.

In any case, try VX as their service stuff is normally fairy cheap, or any motor factors really.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

What i meant was that i don't want to spend a fortune, like spending £32 on Mobil 1 oil from Asda, when i can get 10 litres of 5w30 GM oil for £40. Or like fuel & oil filters, buying Halfords own make, when there would be better products for not much more.

Just after anyone's thoughts & advice, like yours, on what to get from where. I already get brake pads from VX, after a bad experience with some well known pads from Halfords, i will never scrimp on brakes again!
