THIS might be of some interest to any 2.0T owners. You will need to go down to about post 20ish for the link to the SAAB head gasket.

but thats a 12 bhp gain on green top injectors and a vehicle normally producing 356 bhp so around a 3.5% increase in output
so on a 200bhp z20net you would get around 7bhp theoretically

and the largest gain he made was when he totall removed the heat soak where he gained 24 bhp !

Looking at it LMF don't stock any that have he correct fitment for any of our cars. The Z22's are plastic anyway so not much heat transfer going on. It looks like if you want one for the NET you need to look at the link at the end of page 1. Its a US firm, and as you know they love the our engine over there so produce loads of goodies for them.

I am going to do a little research tonight to find a decent US based forum that does tuning for the Z20 NET, Matt mentioned the 320Bhp estate in Glasgow and it has got me interested in seeing what is actually on the market for our engines

There mainly supercharged over the mate but same engine, just a different way of compressing the air. The main thing that holds us back over here Steve is the cars management, if you can get round that then the sky's the limit, 700bhp+ with off the shelf GM parts. I can link you to the GM performance build book if your interested?

THIS post has quite a few links in it mate. Dont forget the 2.2 forum also as there's guys using the NET's heads on the 2.2's, just remember the only real difference in the NET and SE is the crank, it used the same block with the same bore size, the stroke in the Z22SE is just longer to give it its larger cc.
