    Default V-Power

All the Shell garages around my way have no V-Power fuel . I have had to fill up twice now with BP Ultimate 97 and thats the only time I have ever used BP fuel, will I be ok with BP Ultimate in my Turbo, I have always used Shell V-Power. This has been for a month now my local Shell stations have had none of this fuel I use. I have always used this fuel in all my Turbo cars. Cheers

Why wouldn't you be, it's designed to run on all types of unleaded. The good stuff is better but I don't know why you would think other unleaded would not be OK.

As above, even the cheap stuff does the job. Its all unleaded thats what your car runs on.

It's only been run on V-power since I have owned it, BP feels worse than V-Power, I can tell in a way. I might try Tesco's fuel til the V-Power comes back. Cheers

I use Ultimate all the time, it probably is all in the mind but I think mine runs better on that. Have tried V Power and Tesco Super and still prefer BP. Perhaps my engine doesn't like 99 ron ....

it's called the placebo effect, u think cus ur paying more for somethink it runs better to make u justify the price, there have been numerous tests done on this subject, the best being an Audi s6, 4.2 quattro, they filled it up with cheap standard fuel and tested the bhp and then they emptied it and put in shell v power and it ran exactly the same, the only way u will notice anythink is if u drive a high powerd car like a porsche or Audi r8 to name a few. as there engines require the thinner fuel to pass through, and they advise u to run it on v power, as it causes less dmg to the engine.

so my friend ur turbo won't make no differance what so ever, like I say ur justifying the price in ur head so u keep buying it.

dnt worry bout though most ppl are the same, I'd sugest though chap go buy go faster
    stripes least there cheaper
