    Default removing boxes from exhaust cdti 150

    guys would my car be any quicker if i removed the cat and the boxes just leaving the rear box thats on the standard exhaust....making it a streight through

    Noticeably quicker..? Probably not, but with the decat it would feel a bit smoother and turbo pick-up would be slightly improved, but not enough to really make any "on the road" difference.

    Mine had had the centre box removed (cats left in place) and it feels smoother, but thats about it.

    my cat has been removed, it just feels smother when coming on boost

    no wuries i think iyl go for it, mine delivers power smoothely with a remap through all the way where as my remapped bora tdi 130 (170) was really agressive at 2k rpm are thay all like this

    hi it was mapped at wakeup ur car.com also known more often as Drive IN on otley road shipley...
