VXR8 & Elite

Went to look at an Elite vec today and the guy also had a VXR8. Guy offered me a quick spin round the block. Would have been rude to refuse, so off we go, out of his driveway and then f---------------------k me the thing took off like a rocket. What an experience half an hour later we get back to his house and my heart was thumping as much as the LS3 engine in the VXR. The thing is a licence loser. The whole family were vauxhall owners. Anyway the Elite vec was the guys dads who had to rush off so could not get a deal. Nice car tho, silver, auto etc 06 38000, one owner, advertised at 8k but son says he will take less as the dad has a 500hp VXR8 coming and just wants rid of it. Hoping I can get it for 7500 grand.

Yeah the VXR8 is fun to drive! Probably not too hot in all the snow a few weeks ago though...
