Where is a good place to get 'em from? For me, good = cheap! Genuine VX preferred. How much would these be from a VX dealer?

    Cheers.

What about these? Are they pre-facelift?

can i ask why you want to protect headlights that are plastic with a 2nd piece of plastic? seems a waste of money to me! but thats your choice, not knocking it.

My headlamps have gotten crazed. The top 1/3 or so of the unit looks as though dirt has got in underneath the cover but, on looking closer, you can see there are thousands of tiny little cracks.

I had thought that the item I posted above was a replacement for those. Can you get them or will I "need" replacement complete headlamp units?

I have the exact same thing! Perhaps the HID's cause them to go like that - looks awful and want to change them.

Does anyone know if the actual units are standard across the range or the HID ones are different?

I've had covers on for a couple of years, and recently a stone smashed one of them, so I bought another set off ebay for £20 brand new, alot cheaper than a new headlight. I bought the carbon fibre look ones and sprayed them black, adding another elipse to the sidelight part so they now look like twin headlights.
