    Default is battery covered by warranty ?

    car wont start due to flat battery, checked the terminals and there is very bad acid corrision on them, only had it serviced at the start of the year ! is this covered by warranty as its only just over 2 years old ?

    Even if it's not covered mate, during the service those terminals should have been cleaned and greased, just poor workmanship I think!! so you might have some comeback there; when I had network Q on mine, battery was covered, so thinking about it yours may well be as you have remainder of dealer warranty.

    Just rang the stealers and it is covered! don’t get me started on the service, they missed several things, they have apologised and my next service is free

    For quite a while now Vauxhall batteries have come with a 3 yr guarantee.

    If the car isn't 3 yrs old yet, the manufacturers warranty will also cover it.

    That's good mate and a result on the servicing, sort of!! why do they never do it properly the first time, problem is I think they're rushing each job, maybe they're on bonus and at the same time don't give a toss!!
