I finally got round to having my air con sorted out yesterday, as it wasn't making any effort and the condenser wasn't coming on.

I went to a company I know in Middleton, Manchester called Airconco.

They did a gas test and dicovered their wasn't any gas in it.
Then did a pressure test to test for any leaks, there wasn't any.
Then coupled it upto a Sun air con machine which automatically creates a vacuum to suck the system dry, add the lubricating oil and then add the predetermined refridgerant ( in my case 755gms).

Sprayed my "hand made pollen filter" with sanitiser.

Now its lovely and cool, great job, I really recommend them to those in the Mnachester area and nice people.

If you budget for around £ 80 - £100 you should be allright.
