Default Nilfisk pressure washer and snow foam lance beware!!!

i looked into purchasing a new pressure washer so i could also go down the snow foam route. So after reading many threads on here i did some research and a certain some one on ebay confirmed that the snow foam lance would fit my Nilfisk C110.3 pressure washer. i even emailed said person to make sure which "she said yes it would fit no problem that info on board i proceeded to buy the washer from Argos for £59.00 £20.00 off, phase 1 complete

then i ordered the lance and the lovely bottle of cheery snowfoam from ebay person, arrived well quick but with the bad weather i didnt use it for a few days, then sunday afternoon i set about creating my first snow foam bath for my pride and joy. mixed the solution went to fit into the gun and.......
erm wont fit, looks close but no cigar, so i emailed her Monday which after a lengthy delay the reply was i sent you the right attachment. NOT!!!!
2 days later im emailing, ringing land lines, mobiles and somehow there is no reply, so im currently left with a wicked pressure washer and a foam kit i cannot use.

think paypal will be getting involved.

Does anyone know where I might be able to get correct attachment from as even the super ebay doesn't list such item
Thanks for reading and please check before you splash out.

guess what, just sent yet another polite email to said person, just mentioning that i really needed to speak to "them" and the fact that i use many car forums which would be interested in this issue and instantly got a reply that

tomorrow "they" are posting one out with a self addressed envelope for me to return the one i have here.

Result, but not one mention yet of an apology or any kind of customer appreciation
